The Beauty and Serenity of the Taiping Lake Garden

No where else can you find a more beautiful man-made lake than the one in Taiping, Malaysia. I've been to many places (with man-made lakes) around the world and I still rate the lakes in Taiping as the best. Even my European and American friends share my view. The man-made lake in Putrajaya (the new administrative capital of Malaysia, about 20 minutes drive from the Sepang airport) may take another 100 years to be able to rival Taiping. Go to the Taiping lake garden and view the beautiful scenery with the Maxwell Hill (now Bukit Larut) in the background. No wonder so many pensioners regard Taiping as a paradise for pensioners!
